A three-star apartment hotel can accommodate 55 persons in 27 comfort furnished rooms and 2 apartments all year round equipped with TV ( video in apartments), connection to the Internet, minibar, vault, alarm clock and phone. Rooms includes own balcony with view into the equestrian area and surrounding nature. There are also two flats for management of the equestrian area..
Except accommodation our apartment hotel will be offering meals and relaxing services. Dinning room with summer terrace can handle 80 guests. There is also coffe room conference room with multifunctional use and water world – /finnish sauna, steam sauna, cooling pool , bulk bath tub, relaxing pool, massages, resting zone with heated deck-chair / in main vestibule.
Sliding walls enables great variability of place, what allows to organize most demanding cultural and social actions /weddings for 300 people, recepcions, balls.../.
Non- barrier access and elevator are matter of course. We have also underground parking facilities for customers of apartment hotel.
