Jazdecký areál Košice is a name of an investment action, with assumed term of build-up in year 2007/2008. Projection development realise company Reflex-pro spol. s r.o. Košice.

Intention of project

To build-up modern, well maintained and available, sport, cultural and resting centrum, focused on equestrian sport, where top international sport and cultural events would take place, but it will be also used by wide public.
There is a plan to build-up a golf course, cycling route and pond in surrounding area.

Financing

Financing is from eurofonds, or with form of corporate PPP project, or combination of both.

Localization

Area with acreage 3 ha is situated in atractive peripheral zone of neighbourhood unit KVP on Lechkého street in Košice, with panorama of meadows and forests, predetermined for a sport - resting utilization. air map of the KVP »

Polyfunctionality

Complex solution of our equestrian area represent new style of modern facility. It symetricaly binds offered services, accomodation and relax. We didn't forgot to integrate traffic infrastructure into the area, including creation of new parkig areas with enough parking places and optimalization of routes for cars and walking customers.
